How We Review: The 50JILI Method, Published in Full
50JILI is an independent guide, not a casino: it takes no deposits, holds no balances and runs no games. This site is built on the idea that you should check things yourself rather than take a stranger's word, which would be hypocritical if our own method were hidden. So here it is, including the parts that limit what we are allowed to claim. Players must be 21 or older.
The Rule We Work To
If a reader cannot open the same source and reach the same conclusion, it does not go on the page. That single rule removes a great deal of what fills this market: payout league tables, trust percentages, star ratings and 'we tested it' stories. None of those survive the question 'where would I look to check that?'. What remains is narrower and duller, and it is also the only part that is true.
Eight Criteria, Every Time
| Criterion | What counts as documented | Source we read |
|---|---|---|
| Licence disclosure | A named operating company and a named regulator | The terms page, then the regulator's published licensee list |
| Payment rails | The wallets, banks and rails actually offered to PH players | The cashier, and any published payments page |
| Terms clarity | Bonus and withdrawal rules readable in one place before you commit | The terms, read end to end |
| KYC rules | Which documents are required, and when they are demanded | The verification pages of the help centre |
| Complaint route | A named internal escalation and a named external one | Support and legal pages |
| Responsible-gaming tools | Deposit limits, reminders, cool-off, self-exclusion | Account settings and the responsible-gaming page |
| Support channels | Support reachable inside the logged-in account | Opening each advertised channel |
| App distribution | Whether an app exists, and from where it is served | The download page, and whether a store listing exists |
Each one comes back as documented, partly documented or absent. We report the three states as words, never as a score, because converting them into a number would be inventing precision we do not have.
What We Can Establish
- Whether a company is named and whether it appears on a regulator's own list.
- Whether the terms that bind you are published before you are asked to deposit.
- Which payment rails and which player-protection controls exist in the interface.
- Whether support exists inside the account or only on an external chat app.
- Whether an app is distributed through a store or as a direct file.
What We Cannot, and Will Not Pretend To
- Your payout time. Timings, fees, minimums and ceilings are set by the operator and by your own bank or wallet — check the cashier page.
- Whether any individual dispute was settled fairly, since we see neither party's evidence.
- Whether a game's returns match its published figures; that is the testing laboratory's role.
- Anything at all about your account, which we cannot see.
Where the answer is unknown, the page says so. You will not find a payout window, fee, minimum or bonus amount attributed to an operator anywhere on this site, and if you do, it is a mistake we want reported.
The Commercial Part
Some outbound links may be partner links, and a commission may be earned if an account is opened after one is followed. No payment changes a sentence. No operator is shown a page before publication, no criterion can be waived, and nothing is removed because somebody asked nicely or otherwise. We also do not sell placement, because a method that can be bought is not a method.
You are right not to take that purely on faith. The criteria above are published precisely so you can run them yourself and see whether our description of an operator holds up.
Dates, Rewrites and Corrections
Rails, verification rules and bonus terms change without notice, so each page carries its last review date. Material changes get a rewrite, not a footnote. If a page looks stale and the detail affects your money, the operator's own cashier and terms are the authority — and please tell us, because corrections here are made quickly and without defending whatever was there before.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why no star ratings or 'best casino' lists?
A rating implies a measurement we cannot make from outside. We can show what is documented and what is missing, which is more useful than a number nobody can audit.
Are your outbound links commercial?
Some may be partner links that earn a commission if an account is opened. The wording is not for sale and no operator previews a page.
Why will you not tell me how fast a casino pays?
Because it depends on the operator, the method and your verification status, and it changes. Any figure here would be a guess dressed as a fact.
Can 50JILI get my withdrawal released?
No. We have no access to any account. Use operator support, then your e-wallet's in-app help for the payment, then the regulator's published complaint channel.
Who writes these pages?
The 50JILI editorial desk. We do not invent author names or credentials to make pages look more authoritative.
Before You Choose an Operator
Compare PAGCOR-licensed operators, read the bonus terms and set a budget before you deposit.
